Must have taken first semester. Taught by Polly Goeglein; “I love to work with homeschool families and get to know their students. I consider this such a privilege to come alongside the homeschool community and help their kids be successful. I have taught IEW for 15 years, and I am fully certified and accredited. I go over the lessons; we practice and learn, often through games, the concepts I introduced that day. Then the student takes the assignment home and completes it on their own. They can call me or text for further clarification. The following week the assignment is turned in, and the new concept is introduced. And the procedure is repeated. I do all grading and evaluating and award a grade at the end of the year for your records. The students also have a portfolio of their writing from the year to keep.”
The IEW classes include composition, grammar, literature, vocabulary, scripture memory and public speaking.
