Ready to take your building skills to the next level? This high-energy class is designed for aspiring “Master Builders” who love to problem-solve and create without a manual. Each week, students will face unique engineering and design challenges that push their creativity, teamwork, and structural thinking to the limit.
From architectural feats to functional machines, students will tackle:
- Structural Engineering: Competing to build the tallest towers or bridges that can hold real weight.
- Narrative Building: Creating elaborate “world-building” scenes and dioramas based on weekly themes.
- Mechanical Design: Experimenting with gears, axles, and movement to bring creations to life.
- Rapid-Fire Challenges: Testing quick-thinking skills with timed “mystery bag” builds and blind construction tasks.
This class is the perfect outlet for older kids to bridge the gap between play and foundational engineering in a fun, collaborative environment.
