Join Mrs. Dean in Ancient Times History as we discover history from the Beginning through early Greek civilization. Each week we will have a review of what we have already learned, take a quiz on the last week’s content, and a lecture with class discussion on the new topic. Some weeks may have projects or other activities, with a final project at the end of each semester . This class will be a great chance for middle schoolers to get their feet wet, learning how to take a graded course, slowly starting to have higher expectations for class content, taking notes, homework and tests. Students should be able to read independently, take brief notes, and write a 3 paragraph essay. This is a two semester class.
